Terms & Conditions

The equipment is accepted upon the customer's acceptance of the following conditions as well as the standard torms and conditions for repair which are available on request:

The Customer warrants:

1. That he/she is the owner of the equipment or is authorised by the owner to enter this agreement:

1.1 That he/she has mado a backup of both the computer programmes and stored on the computer handed to Mvanand Tek Group Pty Lid, whether such information was stored on hard-drive or any other equipment memory or other back-up removable media.

1.2 Whilst Mvanand Tek Group Ply Lid will exercise the necessary diligence and care whilst in possession of customer's property. Mvanand Tok Group Pty Lid and/ or its staff shall not accept liability for any damage, loss or theft of customer's property where the cause of such, damage. loss or theft cannot be attributed to any gross negligence or recklessness of Mvanand Tek Group Pty Lid and / or its staff.

2. In the event that that customer does not accept the quotation and fail to collect their goods within 4 weeks from the date of quotation, Mvanand Tek Group Ply Lid reserves the right to charge storage fees of one hundredths and filly rands R150.00 per day until such time as the goods are collected.

3. Goods not collected within 20 days from date of completion of repair will attract storage fees of fifty rands R50.00 per day until such time as the goods are collected.

4. In the event that the customer falls to collect goods within three (3) months from date of completion of repair, Mvanand Tek Group Pty Ltd will retain the right to make application for authorization to sell goods to defray costs, the costs of such application will be for the customer's account.

5. Where the customer has not accepted the quotation and fails to collect their goods within three (3) months of notification to collect goods, Mvanand Tek Group Pty Ltd will retain the right to make application for authorization to sell the goods to defray costs, the costs of which application will be for the

6. Mvanand Tek Group Pty Lid does not accept any responsibility for data lost that was not backed up prior to repairs, it is the customer's responsibility to duty notify the Mvanand Tek Group Pty Ltd if any such data exist, a reasonable back up fee will be charged should the customer require same.

7.No job items will be accepted for returns after ten (14) days after purchase.

8. Certain upgrades may require re installation of operating system, software and data. This service is specifically excluded from any quotation unless specified.

9. Mvanand Tek Group Pty Ltd also reserves to right to pursue outstanding accounts and cost for such pursuance will be for the customer's account attorney client scale. I also advise that you allocate a place where consumer can decide whether or not he/ she want their old parts where it concerns a Repair or service. In terms of Section 67 of the Act (Refer to it under "H"), it is my advice that client has the following clause added to this document: *If the owner requires the old parts to be returned after completion of the service/repair, we could package parts in clean containers or also dispose of the used parts at the owner's request.

10. Please note however that section 67 of the Act, which deals with the return of parts and materials, does not apply to any substance, parts or components that are required ...in terms of any insurance claim under which the work was carried out, to be returned to, or disposed of at the direction of, the insurer.
